Looking after your personal data is important to us. This document lets you know why we collect and process your personal data, what we do with it and what we use it for. 

Inteldis ltd are the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect what we need and we use your data to provide our services to you.

3.0 What we do with your data

Your personal data is retained securely both physically and electronically in our client relationship management, finance and marketing systems. We take steps to ensure the security of your information to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration or destruction. We do not buy, sell or trade your personal data. 
We use Mailjet to manage our electronic (email) communications with our clients, which involves sharing your name and business contact details with them as a provider. They are GDPR compliant. 

We may also share your personal data with the Chartered Management Institute when delivering training that is approved by that body. We may also share your personal data with training providers that deliver training on behalf of Inteldis ltd, but will advise you of this in advance. 

We will process your personal details on our systems for as long as you are a client and for 2 years afterwards, for Legitimate Interests purposes. Financial information relating to payments are retained as per HMRC requirements. We will review our personal data systems regularly to ensure that we do not retain your personal data excessively or inappropriately. 

4.0 What are your rights

Your rights under the GDPR:

d) To have your personal data erased (in certain circumstances) 
e) To object to, or restrict, how your personal data is processed

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer to have the matter investigated. 
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office https://ico.org.uk/
